It is not possible to be billed more than once a month using our automated system.  


If you see several line items on your credit card statement, please ensure that they are not marked "PENDING", "AUTH", or "AUTHORIZATION". If so, these are not charges and no funds have been taken from your account.  Please contact your credit card issuer for more details about what authorizations are and how they work.


If you think you may have two subscriptions with two different emails: please reach out to [email protected] with the full name on the account so we can help you locate / cancel duplicate accounts.
