You can see the gift subscriptions you've purchased on the bottom of this page (https://www.swordandscale.com/gift-subscription/) under the heading "Gift codes you purchased". Make sure you're logged into the account you used to purchase them.

You can send the gift code to your recipient by clicking the three vertical dot icon on the top right of the gift sub.
